How do we book?
To reserve your date, a 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required. If your wedding requires flights, we will also need the expenses paid at the time of booking to ensure travel costs are as quoted. Unfortunately we cannot hold any dates without the retainer and any travel fees. An updated invoice that reflects your paid deposit and confirms your booking will be provided as soon as your retainer has been paid. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your wedding date.
Do you make custom packages?
Our packages are generally base rates with the ability to add on extra hours, products, etc. Most events that we photograph end up with a custom package of some sort.
Can we meet before our wedding?
Establishing a great connection with our clients is paramount to being able to capture amazing photographs, so having some sort of contact beyond email is definitely recommended. We want to make sure you’re 100% confident that we are the right photographers for you and that you’ll feel comfortable having us around on such a monumental day in your life.
How will we receive our photos?
Your high resolution images will be delivered digitally via a download link or on USB if required. Photo books will be delivered personally when possible or via courier.
Where are you based?
We call beautiful Cape Town, South Africa our home, where we live in constant awe of the vast and diverse natural beauty that surrounds us. Although we absolutely love shooting weddings in and around the Western Cape, we’re always keen and excited to document weddings anywhere in the world. For local weddings, accommodation requirements depend on the distance from Cape Town. For weddings outside the Western Cape that requires flights, a minimum of 2 days accommodation is also required.
What is your turnaround time?
It all depends on the season, but 8-10 weeks is typical. During high season it could increase slightly to 10-12 weeks, however a few sneak peeks will be emailed within a week or two.
